Lumino Dental is a newly opened family clinic in Langley Township, built on clear prices, plain language, and no judgment. This page is who we are and how we work.
Why we opened Lumino
We built the kind of clinic we would want to visit ourselves. One where you are told what something costs before it happens, nobody uses ten-dollar words for a filling, and you are never made to feel bad about how long it has been.
Lumino means light. The name is a promise that nothing about your care stays in the dark. You will know what we found, what we recommend, what it costs, and what happens if you wait. Then you decide. That is the whole philosophy, and it shows up in three habits.
Clear prices
You get a written estimate before treatment starts, showing what your insurance is expected to cover and what you pay. If a cheaper option exists, we tell you. No hidden fees, and no surprises at the front desk.
Plain language
We explain what is happening in words you do not need a degree to understand, and we show you on the X-ray rather than describing it. If you leave a visit unsure what we said, we did not do our job.
No judgment
However long it has been, we start where you are. Nothing gets done in the same visit without talking to you about it first, and you will get a plan, never a lecture.

Dr. Vincent Senini, DMD
Full Dentist with certification as a Certified Specialist
Certified Specialty: Periodontics
Dr. Senini has been registered with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals since 2015. He practises general and family dentistry at Lumino, and he holds a certified specialty in periodontics, the care of gums and the bone that holds your teeth in place.
For you, that means two things. The gum check at your first visit is not a formality, because gum disease is easiest to treat before it hurts. And gum treatment and gum grafts that many family clinics refer out can often be done here, by the dentist you already know.

People without insurance
You are welcome, and you will know the cost before anything starts. We are also an enrolled Canadian Dental Care Plan provider, which covers a lot of everyday care.

Open six days a week, with evenings until 8pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, until 7pm on Thursday, and Saturdays 9am to 2pm. Free parking out front and a ground-floor entrance. Full hours and directions.

- We bill most major insurers directly, so you pay only your share

- Enrolled CDCP provider
- Fees depend on what an exam finds, so we do not publish a price list. Ask, and you will get a straight answer.

Are you taking new patients?
Yes. Lumino is newly opened and taking new patients of every age. Book online or call the clinic.
Is Lumino a family dentist or a specialist clinic?
A family dentist first. Dr. Senini holds a full general dentist licence and sees kids, adults, and seniors for everyday care. His periodontics certification means gum treatment can usually happen here too, rather than by referral.
Do I need a referral?
No. Anyone can book directly, for a check-up, a specific problem, or a second opinion.
What if I have a dental emergency?
Call us. We keep room in the day for urgent problems and will get you in as soon as we can. Here is what to do while you are on your way.
